Manifesto
Fix the process.
Then build the system.
eClips Tech builds software for the people who run operations, quality and finance. These are the rules we hold ourselves to, and where you can see each one in our work.
- 01Business Central implementation
Start on the floor.
Before we configure or build anything, we sit with the people who do the work and watch how an order, a purchase or a complaint really moves. The process map comes from the warehouse floor and the sales desk.
- 02How we build apps
Fix it before you build it.
If an order takes three emails and a spreadsheet today, we change that first, with the people involved. Then we build the software around the new process.
- 03Business Central apps
Build inside the system people already use.
Our Business Central apps are extensions of the ERP, on the same records, with no second login. Kanso reads ERP data through a read-only connection instead of asking anyone to type it twice.
- 04BI and reporting
One set of numbers.
We write down what counts as a sale or a cancelled invoice before drawing a chart, and we reconcile every total to the ledger before anyone relies on it.
- 05Kanso
Every record should know what it's connected to.
In Kanso a nonconformance links to the corrective action that fixed it, the procedure that changed and the training that proves people read it. When an auditor asks, the evidence is already in one place.
- 06eClips Workforce
A person signs off on anything risky.
Workforce agents read documents and draft the work, and anything above your threshold waits for a person to approve it. Who approved it, and when, stays on the record.
- 07Mansuba
Only show what is true.
No invented customers, logos or percentages on this site. The screens you see are illustrations with sample data, and every claim about a product was checked against its code. Mansuba runs every lesson position and solution through an automatic legality check for the same reason.
- 08Our services
Write it down.
Every report ships with a manual that explains where its numbers come from, and every change to an extension goes into its change log.
- 09Rahma
Privacy is decided in the design.
Mansuba collects no data at all. Rahma keeps a woman's health records encrypted on her own phone and syncs only if she chooses.
- 10Company profile
From Amman, for anywhere.
We work in Arabic and English, on Jordan time and on US and European hours. Our software runs for companies in the region and in the United States.

one problem.
Tell us where the work gets stuck, whether it's a spreadsheet at month-end or an ISO 9001 audit on the calendar. We'll show you the product that fits, or tell you if none of ours does.
