Rahma.
A private companion for every stage of a woman's life.
Rahma follows her from her cycle through pregnancy, the months after birth and menopause. It answers her questions from a library written for her stage, connects her with women going through the same thing, and keeps her health records on her own phone.

Her story
Follow one woman through the app.
She is 24 weeks pregnant, and this is what Rahma does for her, from its first question to the PIN she locks it with.
01Her stage
It starts by asking where she is.
Rahma's first question is what is going on for her right now: tracking her cycle, trying to conceive, pregnant, recently gave birth, or in perimenopause or menopause. Today then arranges itself around her answer, with its own headline and its own things to log.
- She can pick more than one, such as a condition like PCOS alongside her cycle.
- When life changes she tells Rahma once, and nothing she logged is lost.
- Ages 13 to 17 get a teen version: cycle tracking and learning, with teen-only spaces.

02Today
Today shows what matters this week.
At 24 weeks, Today opens on her week. One tap further is the page for it: how big her baby is, what her body is doing, what is worth asking at her next appointment, and when to call her maternity unit.
- The tools she sees first change with her week: appointments and birth preferences now, the kick counter and contraction timer from 28 weeks.
- Her next appointment sits on Today, with a reminder the day before.

03Logging
Logging takes a tap.
Each tile on Today opens a small sheet for one thing: water, mood, symptoms or sleep. It saves as she taps, and what she logged shows on Today in one line.
- The full log adds weight, blood pressure and medication.
- She can fill in any past day, and never a future one.

04Ask
She asks, and Rahma answers from its library.
One ask box takes any question. Rahma answers from her own dates and logs and from articles written for her stage, and nothing is posted unless she chooses to post it. Questions for her doctor go on her next appointment, ready for the day.
- If what she types describes a warning sign, Rahma tells her who to call before anything else.
- From the answer she can ask women at her stage, or save the question for the next live session.

Women at her stage, under a pen name.
In Community she can ask a question or read what women at her stage asked most. She can also join a pod: 10 to 15 women at the same stage, in her language. Live sessions take questions ahead of time. Everyone appears under a pen name, and there are no private messages.
- A moderator checks her first three posts before they show.
- Phone numbers, emails and links can't be shared.
- Loss-aware mode folds pregnancy and baby posts away until she chooses to see them.

06Her people
Someone in her corner sees only what she chooses.
She can invite her partner, a family member or someone on her care team. She switches on what that person sees and for how long, approves them before anything is visible, and can stop sharing at any time.
- Moods and contraception stay off unless she turns them on.
- An access log shows her every time someone looks.
- The invite link works once and expires in 24 hours.

07Hers alone
Locked with her PIN, kept on her phone.
Her health records are encrypted on her phone, and she can lock the app with a six-digit PIN that only she knows. She decides whether her records stay on the phone or sync to her account, so they can be restored on a new one. Rahma is written in Arabic and English, and faith is a layer she can add or leave off.
- She can start without an account.
- Arabic runs right to left, with Arabic numerals and month names for her region.
- The faith layer adds prayer times, the qibla, Ramadan mode and duas, and never changes the medical guidance.
