Kanso partner program

Leave your clients a quality system that keeps running.

You take companies to ISO 9001. Kanso keeps the system alive after the certificate: documents under control, corrective actions closed, audit evidence gathered as the work happens.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    You introduce Kanso

When a client is ready to move their quality system out of folders and spreadsheets, you bring us in.

  2. Step 2

    We set it up

We create the client's workspace and load their documents, using your templates if you have your own.

  3. Step 3

    You stay their adviser

You get your own sign-in to the client's workspace, so you can review documents, findings and corrective actions with them.

  4. Step 4

    We pay you

You earn a fee for each client that subscribes. We agree the terms with you in writing before the first introduction.

What your client gets

  • Document control with versions, approval routes, e-signatures and read tracking
  • Nonconformances and corrective actions, linked to the documents and training they changed
  • Internal audits, findings and a readiness report for each ISO 9001 clause
  • Training records with competency, for clause 7.2
  • Reminders for reviews, owners and deadlines that are slipping

Questions

Who is this for?
Independent consultants, consulting firms and trainers who help companies build or maintain an ISO 9001 quality system.
We are a certification body. Can we join?
No. Certification bodies have to stay impartial toward the companies they audit, so this program isn't for them. It's for the people who do the implementation work.
Do my clients need Business Central?
No. Kanso works on its own. If a client does run Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Kanso can also read their ERP data for dashboards and reports.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. You also get a workspace of your own to learn Kanso and to show it to clients.
