How is Kanso priced?
Per seat, per month. A seat is one named user in your workspace, and paying annually gives you the lower rate shown under Annual. Read-only reviewers and auditors can often be added at no cost, so ask us about your setup.
Which plan includes the Lean Six Sigma tools and the analytics engine?
Professional. That is where the Six Sigma toolkit (DMAIC, SPC, MSA and Gage R&R, FMEA, DOE) and the Data Lab with SQL, Python and R start. Essentials covers the core quality system for teams getting ISO 9001 in order first: document control, CAPA, audits, registers and dashboards.
Does it connect to Business Central?
Yes, on Professional and above. Kanso reads from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 Sales over a read-only connection and refreshes on a schedule, so quality reports use the same numbers as the ERP. Kanso never writes back to them.
Is the assistant included?
Yes, on every plan. It drafts records, explains a control chart, writes up a CAPA and assesses an ISO clause, using the documents and data in your own workspace. Higher plans have higher usage limits.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Your records, settings and history stay exactly where they are when you move between plans.
Can we try it first?
Yes. We can set Kanso up on one part of your quality system, document control or CAPA for example, so your team works with real records before you commit to the rest.
What does Enterprise add?
Unlimited seats and workspaces, and connectors or integrations built for your systems. It suits groups that run several companies or sites, each with its own data kept apart.
