Common questions.
What is a credit?
One credit is 1,000 tokens of work on a fast model such as Gemini Flash or Claude Haiku. Smarter models cost more for the same work: Claude Sonnet and Gemini Pro use 12 credits per 1,000 tokens, and Claude Opus uses 60. Every run uses at least one credit.
What happens when an agent isn't sure?
It stops and asks. Anything under 85% confidence, or anything your approval matrix flags, goes to the Approval Inbox for a person. Under 50% it never goes ahead on its own. You can approve or reject from the inbox, from Slack, or by replying on WhatsApp.
What is the difference between individual and organization plans?
Starter and Pro are for one person, with one seat and their own credits. Team, Growth and Enterprise are for organizations: one shared credit pool, several members, and budgets you can set per person or per team.
Which models do the agents use?
Each plan has a highest model it can use. If an agent would normally run on a model your plan doesn't include, it still runs, on the best model your plan allows. On Growth and Enterprise, a low-confidence run can be escalated to Claude Opus.
What happens when I run out of credits?
New runs stop until your next billing period. You can keep going by buying a top-up pack, at $25 per 1,000 credits, or by moving to a plan with a bigger allowance.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from Billing inside the app.
