FAQ

Common questions.

What is a credit?

1 credit ≈ a lightweight agent action; heavier models use more. Every agent execution draws credits from your monthly allowance based on the work done and the model used — fast models (Gemini Flash, Claude Haiku) cost the least, while premium models like Claude Opus on high-stakes agents cost more per action.

What is the difference between individual and organization plans?

Starter and Pro are individual plans — a single seat with its own credit allowance. Growth and Enterprise are organization plans with a shared credit pool, multiple team members, and per-seat or per-team budgets. A Pro plan can also be sponsored by your organization.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade immediately and downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. No penalties. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged the prorated difference only.

What happens when I run out of credits?

You receive an email notification at 80% and 100% of your monthly credit allowance. On the free plan, agents pause until the next cycle. On Pro and Growth, you can purchase additional credit packs to keep going.

Is the annual discount applied automatically?

When you toggle to annual billing during signup or upgrade, the discounted rate is applied immediately. You are billed the full annual amount upfront. The 20% savings appear on your invoice.

Do you offer a free trial of the Growth plan?

Yes. Growth includes a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required for the first 7 days. After 7 days, a card is required to continue the trial but you are not charged until day 15.

What is included in the Enterprise onboarding?

A dedicated solutions engineer spends up to 10 hours on your initial setup: configuring agent types for your specific document workflows, connecting your ERP, training the Context Book on your vendor list and approval hierarchy, and running parallel validation before go-live.

Where is my data stored?

By default, data is stored in EU (Frankfurt) on Supabase infrastructure. Enterprise customers can select US (North Virginia) or EU (Frankfurt) data residency. On-premise deployment is available on request.

Need a custom arrangement?
