Company Milestones
How we got
here.
From a single thesis about enterprise AI in MENA to a platform running in production across enterprise clients. The story, quarter by quarter.
eClips founded in Amman
Mohammed Al-Khatib launches eClips Tech from Amman with a single thesis: enterprise AI in MENA doesn't need translation — it needs engineering. First hires come from enterprise software, not academia.
First enterprise client — logistics sector
Signed first engagement with a regional 3PL operator. The project scope: abstract a complex Microsoft Business Central environment into a high-speed command interface.
eClips Workforce command layer ships
Internal framework for natural-language ERP command resolution reaches its first release. Originally built for the logistics client, it becomes the foundation of every eClips ERP engagement.
Workforce AI platform enters private beta
First version of the Workforce platform — a multi-agent orchestration layer for enterprise operations — opened to early design partners. Their feedback drives the triage-first architecture that defines the product today.
FinTech client: fraud detection pipeline
Delivered a real-time ML fraud scoring system for a MENA payment infrastructure company — strong detection without added latency. First production ML system shipped at scale.
Business Central apps program begins
Data pipeline and integration tooling extracted from client work is packaged into a program of reusable Microsoft Business Central apps. It now underpins eClips ERP and analytics engagements.
Manufacturing ERP go-live — multi-factory
Completed a phased Odoo 17 deployment across several manufacturing facilities with no production downtime. Full financial, procurement, and manufacturing module coverage. First multi-entity ERP engagement.
MENA AP automation — holding group
Deployed an eClips Workforce document agent for a multi-subsidiary holding company. Invoice cycle time dropped from days to hours, with most invoices flowing straight through and early-payment discounts recovered.
Workforce platform public launch
eClips Workforce opens to general availability. Platform includes pre-built AI agents, a visual workflow builder, batch processing, and full audit infrastructure. First self-serve enterprise AI platform purpose-built for MENA.
Kanso quality platform reaches general availability
Kanso — the eClips QMS for ISO 9001 and Lean Six Sigma — reaches general availability. A full quality management system with document control, process mapping, and DMAIC tooling, purpose-built for regional operators.
Enterprise clients across multiple verticals
eClips is running with enterprise clients across supply chain, fintech, manufacturing, and finance. The focus shifts to putting every client on a platform product rather than a bespoke engagement.
Developer platform and SDK open to third parties
The eClips SDK and API platform opens to third-party developers. First external agents published to the Workforce Marketplace. The platform begins its evolution from a closed product to an ecosystem.
What's next
Building toward regional AI infrastructure.
The next chapter is platform depth: more agents, deeper ERP integrations, and a developer ecosystem that lets any MENA engineering team build on top of the infrastructure we've been building since day one.
We're not chasing growth for its own sake. Every new capability we ship is something a production client needs. That constraint keeps us honest.
