A complex Microsoft Business Central environment abstracted into a high-speed command interface. Operations teams now execute inventory lookups, fulfillment triggers, and shipment confirmations in seconds — without navigating ERP menus.

The Challenge

The operations team was spending 40% of their day navigating ERP menus to answer routine questions: stock levels, shipment ETAs, PO statuses. Every query required 5–8 clicks and 30–60 seconds. At scale, this destroyed throughput.

What We Built

We built a natural-language command terminal on top of Business Central. Warehouse staff type plain commands — 'check stock for SKU-4412' or 'confirm shipment SH-9021' — and the system resolves them against live ERP data in under a second. No menu navigation, no training overhead.

The terminal paid for itself in the first month. Our team stopped touching the ERP entirely for routine work.

A high-throughput payment platform needed real-time fraud scoring without adding latency. We replaced a rules-based system with an ML inference layer that scores every transaction before it clears.

The Challenge

An aging rule engine was flagging 12% of legitimate transactions as suspicious, causing customer friction. Meanwhile, a new category of synthetic-identity fraud was slipping through entirely. The system was simultaneously too aggressive and too blind.

What We Built

We rebuilt the fraud pipeline as a two-stage ML system: a lightweight classifier runs at transaction time (sub-100ms), and a deeper behavioral analysis engine runs asynchronously. High-risk transactions trigger biometric re-authentication instead of hard declines — preserving conversion while adding friction only where warranted.

We went from a system we were embarrassed by to one we lead with in client conversations.

The Challenge

What We Built

We ran a 90-day Odoo implementation covering manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and finance. The deployment was structured as 3 go-live waves — one factory at a time — with full data migration from legacy systems and 90 days of hypercare support post-launch.

The Challenge

AP was a bottleneck. Invoices arrived via email, WhatsApp, and physical mail. Coding, approval routing, and ERP entry happened manually. The average invoice took 9 days to process. Duplicate payments and missed early-payment discounts were costing millions annually.

What We Built

We deployed an eClips Finance Agent that extracts structured data from any invoice format, validates against PO records in Business Central, routes for approval based on threshold rules, and triggers payment on sign-off. Human review is only required for exceptions above a configurable confidence threshold.

We've handled a 40% increase in invoice volume with the same AP team. That's the real headline.
