Organization Setup
After signing up you create your organization (the workspace that owns your agents, documents, and billing), then teach the workforce about your business in a short four-step onboarding wizard. What you enter here becomes your Context Book — the facts every agent relies on.
Create your organization
Once your account is confirmed you land on the New organization screen (titled “Create your organization”). An organization is the home for your entire AI workforce. You provide two things here.
- •
Enter an organization name
Type your company or team name (for example Acme Corporation). The name can be up to 120 characters and can be changed later in settings. - •
Confirm or edit the workspace slug
The workspace slug is auto-derived from the name as you type. It becomes the unique identifier for your workspace. You can edit it manually — the screen shows a live preview (your-slug.eclips.app) and a green check when it is valid. - •
Create the workspace
Select Create workspace. A “Starter Plan — Free” badge confirms you start free. You are then taken straight to the onboarding wizard.
Slug rules
The slug field validates as you type. It must satisfy all of these:
| Length | 3–50 characters |
| Characters | Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only |
| Edges | Cannot start or end with a hyphen |

The onboarding wizard
Onboarding (“Configure Your AI Workforce”) is a four-step wizard that captures the facts your agents need to act correctly. A step indicator across the top tracks your progress, and you move between steps with Back and Continue. The four steps are listed below.
Step 1 — Company Identity
The first step describes who you are. All fields are required to continue:
- Company Name
- Industry — chosen from Technology, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Finance, Legal, Construction, or Other.
- Company Size — Micro (< 10), Small (10–50), Medium (50–250), Large (250–1,000), or Enterprise (1,000+).
- Primary Jurisdiction — for example UAE, UK, or USA.
- Company Summary — 2–3 sentences describing what your company does, your core market, and your primary operations.

Step 2 — Key People
Add the key decision-makers and stakeholders agents may need to escalate to. Each person has a Full Name and Role (CEO, CFO, COO, Legal Counsel, …), plus two optional fields: an Approval Limit ($) and a Contact (email). Use Add Person to add more, and the trash icon to remove a row.

Step 3 — Approval Matrix
For each document type you set spending thresholds in three columns: Auto-Approve up to ($), Manager up to ($), and CFO / Director up to ($). Leave a cell blank if a tier does not apply. The five document types are:
- Invoice
- Purchase Order
- Contract
- Payment Run
- HR Decision

Step 4 — Review & Launch
The final step shows everything you entered — Company Identity, Key People, and the Approval Matrix — for a last check. When it looks right, select Launch Workforce. Your AI workforce is initialized with this context and you are taken into the dashboard.

The Context Book
What you enter during onboarding feeds your Context Book, which lives under Settings → Context Book. The Context Book is injected into every agent's instructions — it tells your workforce who you are, who to escalate to, what your approval thresholds are, and what rules are non-negotiable. You can revisit and refine it any time as your vendors, people, and rules change.
