Tips & FAQ

A few habits that keep your workforce running smoothly, plus quick answers to the questions new users ask most.

Tips for getting the most from your workforce

Tip:Keep your inbox at zero. Clearing the Approval Inbox promptly keeps your agents moving and gives the workforce faster feedback on where your real thresholds are.
Tip:A richer Context Book = fewer interruptions. Every vendor, person, and rule you add means one less thing an agent has to ask you about.
Tip:Watch the credit meter, not just the bill. The Usage page tells you mid-period whether you are on track. Top up at $25 per 1,000 credits, or upgrade for a bigger monthly allowance and smarter models.
Tip:Use member budgets to stay in control. On Team, Growth, and Enterprise, cap each teammate's spend so no single member can drain the workspace allowance.
Tip:Read the confidence score before approving. A low score on a run is the workforce telling you it is unsure — that is exactly when your judgment adds the most value.

FAQ — accounts & plans

Is it really free to start? Yes. New accounts land on the free Starter tier — 500 credits a month, no card required.

What is a credit? One credit is a lightweight action — roughly 1,000 tokens on a fast model. Smarter models cost more per action via a credit multiplier (smart 12×, premium 60×).

What happens when I run out of credits? The workforce hard-stops for the period — agents will not spend beyond your allowance. Buy a top-up pack or upgrade your plan to keep going.

FAQ — running the workforce

Why did a run land in my Inbox? An agent run is sent to triage when it needs a human decision — usually because it exceeded an approval threshold or returned a low confidence score.

What is the difference between Approve and Reject? Approve authorizes the action and the agent proceeds; Reject declines it and clears the item without taking the action.

Who can change agent autonomy? Trust levels are set on the Settings page. Level 4 (full autonomy) must be earned through consistent Level 3 performance — it is never the starting point.

FAQ — admins & teams

Who can set member budgets? Only workspace owners and admins, and only on Team, Growth, and Enterprise plans. See Member budgets.

Do I need an API key to use the dashboard? No — the dashboard works without one. API keys are for connecting agents and integrations programmatically, and API access is a Team-and-above feature.

Note:Stuck on a step? Start a run from the Get started flow — it walks you through your API key, an integration, and your first agent run end to end.
