Billing & Plans

The Billing page shows your current plan and price, your usage this period, your recent billing activity, and the controls to buy extra credit packs or upgrade to a higher tier.

Your current plan

Open Billing in the sidebar. The current-plan card shows your plan name and status, the price, the included credits per month, a usage bar for the period, and your next billing date. Recent billing events (plan changes, payments, usage warnings) are listed below.

The five tiers

There are five plans. Two are billed to an individual; three are organization plans:

Note:Higher tiers add larger monthly allowances, unlock smarter model tiers, increase seats, and enable features like API access and member budgets. Audit-log retention also grows with the plan (7 days on Starter up to 365 days on Enterprise).

Buying credit packs

Need more credits before your period resets? Buy top-up packs at $25 per 1,000 credits. Choose how many 1,000-credit packs you want; checkout is handled securely and the credits are added to your current period as a top-up (you will see a +N top-up badge on the Usage meter).

Upgrading

From Billing you can upgrade to a higher tier — only tiers above your current plan are offered. Upgrading increases your monthly allowance, unlocks smarter model tiers, adds seats, and enables features like API access and member budgets.

    Open Billing

    Choose Billing from the sidebar.

    Pick a higher tier

    Select the upgrade option for the plan you want (for example Upgrade to Pro, Team, or Growth).
  3. •

    Complete secure checkout

    Finish payment; your new allowance, seats, and model tiers take effect.
Tip:Upgrade when your agents repeatedly hit the credit cap, when you need a smarter model tier for tougher documents, or when you need to add teammates beyond your current seat count.

Worked example: top up vs. upgrade

Example · A busy month on Pro

You are on Pro ($25/mo, 3,000 credits) and a big contract push has you at 2,950 credits with a week to go. You have two options:

  • Top up: buy two 1,000-credit packs for $50 to finish the month — a one-off.
  • Upgrade to Team: $99/mo for 12,000 credits, 3 seats, API access, and member budgets — better if the higher volume is the new normal and you want teammates.

If this is a one-time spike, top up. If your usage has structurally grown, upgrade so next month starts with the bigger allowance.
