What Kanso Is

Kanso holds your quality management system and your improvement program in one place: controlled documents, CAPA records, audits, statistics and dashboards.

Kanso is the Japanese word for simplicity. The product is built around the records your organization already produces as it works, and it keeps the analysis next to them.

Records That Know What They Are Connected To

In Kanso any record can link to any other, and the link says what the relationship is: caused by, addresses, verifies, evidence for, mitigates, supersedes or relates to. A nonconformity links to the CAPA that addresses it. The CAPA links to the audit that verified it.

The analysis works on those same records. A control chart is drawn from the measurements in the project, and a dashboard shows audits and incidents as they stand today. Nothing has to be exported first.

• When a clause is audited, its evidence and the chain behind it are already linked.

An AI Copilot Grounded in Your Workspace

Kanso includes an AI copilot that works from your workspace: your procedures, projects, registers and data. When it drafts a section of a document, suggests the next step in a DMAIC project or helps read a chart, it uses your organization's own content.
