What Kanso Is

Kanso brings your quality management system and your improvement program onto a single platform. The controlled documents, the CAPA records, the audit trail, the statistics, the dashboards, and the data science all live in one place. It is meant to replace three things at once: the binder of paper procedures, the pile of spreadsheets, and the separate business intelligence tool that leadership checks on a different screen.

The name reflects the intent. Kanso favors a clean, uncluttered way of working, where the system of record and the real analysis are not two disconnected worlds. Everything is built around the records your organization already produces as it does its work.

One System, One Set of Data

Most quality teams stitch together several tools. The QMS holds documents and CAPA. A spreadsheet or a statistics package does the analysis. A BI tool renders the charts that go in front of management. Each hand-off means exporting, re-keying, and reconciling numbers that have quietly drifted apart. The version in the deck is rarely the version in the system.

Kanso removes those seams. The system of record and the analysis engine operate on the same underlying data, so a control chart is drawn from the very records that were controlled, and a dashboard reflects the audits and incidents as they actually stand.
