Guided in-app walkthroughs

Training in Kanso is delivered as guided, in-app walkthroughs. A program plays as a gliding-camera player that moves through the steps in-app, so learners follow the material in context rather than reading about it separately. Because it runs inside Kanso, the training shows the actual platform your team uses.

Author a program in Studio

You build a program as a step-by-step guided walkthrough and author it in an interactive Studio editor. Studio gives you per-step control so each step lands on the right part of the screen.

   Create the program

   Start a new program and lay out its steps in the Studio editor.

   Set per-step zoom

   Use per-step zoom to focus each step on the detail the learner should see.

   Assign it out

   Assign the program by person, team, or department.

Competency records on completion

Completing a program creates an ISO 9001:2015 clause 7.2 competency record. The training and the evidence of competence are the same act — when someone finishes a program, the record that proves they are competent is produced automatically, ready for an audit.

Publish and share programs

Programs are not confined to the app. You can publish a program with a public link or embed it, so training can reach people in the place that suits them.

Stay on top of overdue training

Overdue training does not stay hidden. It surfaces on the cockpit and in the daily email digest, so gaps in required training are visible to the people who need to act on them.
