Clause Evidence & Audit Readiness

Kanso keeps you continuously audit-ready. It grades each ISO 9001 clause against the evidence already in your workspace, rolls the results into one readiness view, and turns gaps into tracked findings.

Per-clause evidence reports

A per-clause evidence report uses AI to grade how ready each ISO 9001 clause is, backed by the evidence that already exists in your workspace. Instead of asking you to attest that a clause is covered, Kanso looks at what is actually there and grades the clause against it — so the report reflects your real quality system.

Assess clauses individually or in bulk

You can work through the standard one clause at a time, or assess every clause at once when you want a full picture quickly.

  1. Assess a single clause

Open a clause to generate its evidence report and see how ready it is.
  2. Assess all clauses in bulk

Run a bulk assessment to grade every clause across the standard in one pass.
  3. Review the results

Read each clause's grade and the evidence behind it to see where you stand.

See overall audit readiness

The individual clause reports roll up into an overall audit-readiness view, so you can see the state of the whole standard rather than checking clauses one by one. That roll-up is what turns a set of clause grades into a single answer to "are we ready?"

Put readiness on a dashboard

An audit-readiness widget can sit on a dashboard, so leadership can see readiness at a glance alongside your other metrics — no need to open the clause reports to know where things stand.

Turn gaps into tracked findings

Gaps identified in the reports become tracked audit findings. Rather than living as a note in a report, each gap becomes something you can follow to resolution, so nothing you discovered quietly slips away before the audit.

Note:Because gaps convert into tracked findings, the work of closing them is visible and followable — the assessment and the fix stay connected.
