The AI Copilot & Watchtower

Kanso's AI is grounded in your own documents and data — not a generic chatbot. A copilot helps you draft and understand records, while Watchtower quietly watches your process and flags what needs attention.

A copilot grounded in your workspace

The Kanso AI copilot works from your own documents and data. Instead of answering from general knowledge, it reasons over the records in your workspace, so its output reflects your quality system rather than a generic template.

In everyday use, the copilot can draft a record, explain a control chart, write a CAPA, and assess an ISO 9001 clause. It sits beside the work you are already doing and helps you move faster without leaving the context of the task.

Note:Because the copilot is grounded in your workspace, an explanation of a control chart or an assessment of a clause draws on your data — not a stock answer.

Orchestrator, crews, and memory

Under the hood, the copilot is more than a single model. An orchestrator coordinates specialist crews, each focused on a kind of work:

  • Drafting inside a project.
  • Analyzing data and results.
  • Verifying outputs.
  • Reviewing work for quality.

A router directs each request to the right crew, and agent memory lets the system learn over time so it improves with use. AI usage is metered and visible, so you can see how the copilot is being used across your workspace.

Watchtower: the process guardian

Watchtower is a process-guardian agent. It watches your internal records and connected tools — such as ClickUp — and raises flags on the dashboard when something looks off. The issues it surfaces include:

  • Schedule slips.
  • Data-hygiene gaps.
  • Process drift.
  • Deviations from your own SOPs.

Watchtower learns from what users dismiss, so the flags it raises get better tuned to what your team actually cares about.

Daily scan and digest

Watchtower runs on a daily scan and folds its flags into the daily email digest, so issues reach the people who need them without anyone having to go looking. The dashboard shows the current flags; the digest carries them to your inbox.
