A copilot that works from your workspace

The Kanso AI copilot works from the records in your workspace, so what it writes reflects your quality system.

In everyday use it can draft a record, explain a control chart, write a CAPA and assess an ISO 9001 clause. It opens next to the record you are working on.

Orchestrator, crews, and memory

Behind the copilot, an orchestrator coordinates specialist crews. Each crew does one kind of work:

• Drafting inside a project.
• Analyzing data and results.
• Verifying outputs.
• Reviewing work for quality.

A router sends each request to the right crew, and agent memory keeps what the workspace has taught it. AI usage is metered, and you can see it on the AI usage page.

Watchtower

Watchtower reads your Kanso records, and tasks from a connected tool such as ClickUp, and raises a flag when a rule fires. Each flag says what is wrong, why, and what to do about it. For example:

• Schedule: a task that is overdue, or due within three days and under half done.
• Drift: work with no movement for seven days, or a closed item that was reopened.
• Hygiene: a task with no owner or no due date.
• Process: a controlled document past its review date, or a quality objective that is off track.

A flag you dismiss stays dismissed. Watchtower does not raise it again.

Watchtower scans once a day. The current flags are on the Watchtower page, and they are included in the daily email digest.
